Insurance

1. I am fully insured, a copy of my insurance is available on request. However the customer should declare any behaviour issues in advance of the shoot and agree that they participate in the photoshoot at their own risk.
2. It is the owners responsibility to insurance that they and their horse(s) have their own insurance.
3. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions required to use their location/yard.
4. All photoshoot clients will be added to my VVIP mailing list. I will take great care of your contact details, I don’t send out a newsletter any more than twice a month, a you can unsubscribe at any time.

Travel & Accommodation

1. Travel for the photoshoot and in-person viewing will be charged at 45ppm over 100 miles
2. If an overnight stay is required a charge of £50 is required.

Payments

1. A booking can be confirmed in two ways
   • A £50.00 deposit and the reamaing invoice to be paid 7 days before the photoshoot.
   • In full at the time of booking.
